- are not completely happy or fully successful with what you do

- need support with your job search
- want to make a career change of some sort
Challenging times also provide the opportunity for you to take a step back and look deep inside yourself and start creating a fulfilling career that is aligned with who you really are and what you really want to do with your life and where you want to contribute.
In this highly experiential and holistic 4-week professional career coaching group, we will explore tools and methods that will help you get started on your new career path.
You will
- identify your deeper longing and purpose
- clarify your values and goals
- draw on your strengths and talents
- determine how you can contribute to the greater good
- learn how to overcome obstacles
- learn techniques that help you stay grounded and deal with stress and anxiety that often accompany transitions and transformation periods
You will be guided in deepening your insight, developing new strategies and coming up with an action plan.
We will work on several levels using creative inquiry, expressive arts and somatic techniques and practices such as journaling, grounding, guided imagery/meditation, movement, improvisational theater and other experiential practices. You will learn in individual exercises, partner exercises as well as in small and large group discussions. Each participant will have the opportunity of a one-on-one mini coaching session. Homework assignment will be given. The workshop design is very flexible and we'll engage you in co-creating it.

Monika Broecker, MS, MA, is a Personal Growth and Career Coach and the founder of the Center of Personal Growth. She has had a long-term career in Career Development and Learning & Leadership Development. She built and led People Management Development and the School of Personal Growth at Google, Inc. She is co-author of the most extensive biography of cybernetics pioneer Heinz von Foerster. Monika has spoken at conferences around the world, and won many awards for her groundbreaking work. She also is a Somatic Psychotherapist (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
