Awakening the Healer within - An Introduction to Women's Inner Alchemy
What if you could feel more natural energy, balance, and vitality?
Qigong means "skill with the life force" known as qi or chi. Taoist
Medical Qigong is rooted in the ancient principles of the Five
Elements and Yin and Yang. It works with the network of qi channels
(the meridians and energy points) to mobilize the "healer within".
Taoist Medical Qigong includes techniques for gathering, storing, and
circulating your body's vital qi. It has been called "acupuncture
without needles" because it nourishes deep whole-body balance,
relaxation and rejuvenation.

March 20 is the vernal equinox, one of two points in the year when the
Yin darkness of night is in balance with the Yang light of day.
In nature, the cold of winter (Yin-Water) is moving toward the heat of
summer (Yang-Fire). Earth is reawakening to the warm moist growing
power of spring in abundance.
In terms of Women's Inner Alchemy, this is a special time for women to
be open, gather qi from nature, and receive a personal boost of
aliveness.
