Monika Broecker is a pioneer of Corporate Wellness and Corporate Personal Growth™ She built and led Google's School of Personal Growth, the first of its kind in the world, and she was part of the core team that developed the now legendary class Search Inside Yourself together with Chade-Meng-Tan, Google's Jolley Good Fellow who just wrote a book about this Mindfulness-based Emotional Intelligence course which became a New York Times Bestseller.
Since leaving Google, Monika has continued her mission of bringing Corporate Wellness and Corporate Personal Growth™ programs to organizations.
In 2012, Monika founded the Agency for Corporate Wellness™. The mission of the Agency is to connect service providers in the area of Corporate Personal Growth and Corporate Wellness with organizations who value the health and overall well-being of their employees.

Personal Growth Program Design
We develop new Corporate Personal Growth and Corporate Wellness programs and tailor our existing programs to organizations that want to increase their productivity & effectiveness and enhance their innovation potential by supporting their employees with their health, stress management, emotional skills, creativity as well as their leadership and interpersonal skills.
The benefits of our Personal Growth programs are multi-faceted. In designing these programs, our goal is to bring transformation on the individual, team and organization level and thus impact the organizations contribution in the world ("world peace starts with inner peace"). We can help you and your organization to build the Business Case, the Architecture (Vision, Mission, Strategy, Curricula and Programs) and the Metrics/Measurements.

Our programs can be offered based on a three-tier approach: fully sponsored by the organization, partially sponsored by the organization with an employee co-pay) or simply offered onsite for convenience but paid for by the employee.
